Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Pre-Purchase Information
We offer export opportunities for vehicles sourced from Germany in excellent condition (bodywork and engine), accident-free, at very competitive prices.
Delivery is available throughout Europe.
Prices applied in Germany are the same as in France and Belgium, which explains the attractiveness of our offers.
An additional €500 transportation fee applies for delivery and registration of the vehicle (including registration certificate) in France or Belgium.
2. Payment Options
For installment payments, a minimum down payment of 25% of the total price is required.
The remaining 75% can be paid in monthly installments over a period of 6 to 36 months, at a 0% interest rate.
3. Required Documents
To complete your purchase, the following documents are required:

Proof of address
4. Price Example & Delivery
Example: A vehicle listed at €10,000 will have a total sales price of €10,500 including registration in your name and home delivery.
Delivery time to France or Belgium: 5 business days.
5. Return Policy & Warranty
To ensure a secure and transparent transaction, the following policies apply:
In accordance with EU consumer law on online sales, customers have 14 days after delivery to refuse, exchange, or request a refund for the vehicle.
At the time of delivery, if the vehicle does not meet the agreed conditions, it may be refused, exchanged, or refunded immediately.
Upon delivery, a local partner garage near the customer’s residence will be assigned to provide warranty services for the purchased vehicle.
6. Important Information
All vehicles are imported directly from Germany and available only on order.
The price displayed for each vehicle includes all import taxes and fees up to registration.
Vehicles are delivered with all official documents, including registration certificate and license plates, fully legalized in the customer’s country.
Delivery is completed within 5 days for an additional €500 fee.
7. Tax Advantages
Our selling prices are lower than market value because our imports are not subject to the additional 20% VAT. As a registered automotive professional with an intra-EU VAT number, we can export across Europe without extra tax charges.
8. Ordering Process
A purchase order (quote) will be issued for every vehicle.
A 25% deposit by bank transfer is required before the vehicle is shipped, as we cannot transport a vehicle without a purchase commitment.
The remaining balance is paid upon delivery after test-driving the vehicle.
If the vehicle does not meet expectations at delivery, it may be refused and fully refunded.
